Do you enjoy games like mafia or werewolf? Do you find it easy to lie and want a wholesome outlet for that skill? This is the night to put your deception and deduction skills to the test! Hey, and maybe make some new friends, I heard deceit is the best foundation for friendship! 🙂
What games will we play?
From 6:30-10:30PM we will be running social deduction games such as Werewolf, Avalon/Quest, Secret Hitler, Skull, Mafia de Cuba and more! If you cant make a 6:30PM start or have to drop out early, no stress! Just send us a message on Instagram if you’re going to be showing up late so we don’t start a big game without you!
Quest
In Quest, all will show their true colors as Good and Evil struggle for the future of civilization. Hidden amongst King Arthur’s loyal servants are Mordred’s unscrupulous minions. These forces of Evil are few in number, but if they go unknown, they can sabotage Arthur’s great quests.
Players are secretly dealt roles that determine if their allegiance is to Good or to Evil. Then, players debate, reason, and lie as they decide who to send on Quests—knowing that if just one minion of Mordred joins, the Quest could fail.
Mafia de Cuba
Secret Hitler
Secret Hitler is a dramatic game of political intrigue and betrayal set in 1930s Germany. Each player is randomly and secretly assigned to be a liberal or a fascist, and one player is Secret Hitler. The fascists coordinate to sow distrust and install their cold-blooded leader; the liberals must find and stop the Secret Hitler before it’s too late.
I’ve never played these games before and I’m nervous!
If you’re completely new to games like this DO NOT FEAR, all games will be taught on the day and there will be a games master on standby for any questions or help you need. You do not have to be good at lying or bluffing to have fun playing these games, I personally am horrible at lying and quite frankly it makes me anxious BUT NEVERTHELESS I have fun.
